Job Description:
- Pay: $22-$23/hr to Start!!
- One-year assignment with a possibility of extension based on performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Onsite)
- Position will be mainly responsible for providing technical assistance and support in response to incoming service requests related to computer systems and associated technologies.
- Position will also be responsible for assisting with the setup and configuration of new employee workstations, as well as providing customer support for IT-related inquires.
- Position will also be responsible for managing service requests through ticketing systems and maintaining accurate documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is Required!!
- Associates degree is Preferred!!
- Minimum 1-3 years Hardware experience is Required!!
- Migration experience from Windows 10 to Windows 11 is Preferred!!
- Ticketing / documentation experience is Preferred!!
