Talent Strategy Data Analyst

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a HR Data Analyst for a prominent client of ours.  This position is Fully Remote. Details for the position are as follows:

 

Job Description:

Pay: $43–$48/hr to start
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM — Fully Remote
Assignment: 9-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement Analytics & Support: Build deep expertise in engagement tools and platforms. Manage, validate, and analyze survey data to identify trends, risks, and areas of opportunity that drive employee engagement strategy.
  • Data Reporting & Communication: Benchmark internal engagement data against industry standards. Respond to data requests and support the VP of Talent Strategy in clearly presenting insights to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Compliance & System Oversight: Ensure data integrity, uphold data privacy regulations, and conduct regular audits. Provide analytical and administrative support for employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field — Required
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Analytics or a related analytical role — Required
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and analytical tools (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, or similar) — Required
  • Experience with employee engagement platforms and survey tools — Preferred
  • Familiarity with data privacy compliance and audit processes — Preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems Preferred
