Seeking a hands-on Packaging Engineer with strong testing and technical skills to support development and evaluation of medical device and combination product components.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
- Understanding of primary packaging components (syringes, vials, stoppers, seals)
- Experience with lab testing tools: Instron, Wilco vacuum decay, Computrac, plunger movement chambers
- Strong mechanical aptitude and lab-based testing capability
- Accurate documentation and SOP adherence
Preferred:
- Experience with combination products (drug + device)
- Exposure to USP, ISO 11608, and packaging-related regulatory standards
- Method development or test troubleshooting experience
