- Pay: $27-31.41/hr.
- 12-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Perform environmental monitoring in aseptic and controlled cleanroom environments according to cGMP and regulatory requirements
- Collect, process, and analyze water samples for microbial and chemical testing
- Conduct component and product release testing following established quality control procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all testing activities in compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
- Communicate findings and results effectively with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Operations
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments to support quality initiatives and ensure timely issue resolution
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in daily interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science (biology or related field preferred) with 1+ years of professional laboratory experience
- Experience in quality control microbiology techniques and environmental monitoring
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for the manufacture and testing of sterile pharmaceutical products
- Experience with water sampling and filtration, utility monitoring, and aseptic techniques strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SAP and/or GLIMS systems is preferred
