Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Onsite – Santa Clara, CA
Pay: $56.45/hr
Duration: 9.5 Month Contract Initially
Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Analyst will support the North America (NAM) Sales Operations team by managing and analyzing key sales data, supporting forecasting processes, and improving operational workflows. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong experience in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Insights & Reporting:
- Perform data analysis to support pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
- Manage weekly forecasting support, including Clari updates, forecast summaries, and slide preparation for weekly TVP data packs.
- Provide reporting and data support for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from Sales and Executive teams.
- Maintain and enhance reports in Salesforce, Clari, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Shared Services Support:
- Assist in automating and streamlining manual Sales Operations tasks for Renewals and Ecosystems teams.
- Support operational processes such as:
- New hire onboarding and system access requests
- Vacancy and territory split requests
- SCRC write-ups and documentation
- Collaborate with the Renewals Operations lead to audit and improve ATR data for reporting accuracy.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into clear actions
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline health
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to document processes and develop repeatable reporting workflows
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
