We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Framingham, MA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $21–$25/hour to start
- Assignment: 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid – onsite 1–2 times per month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Experience & Communication: Deliver an exceptional employment brand experience by engaging with 100+ candidates weekly through email, phone, and text. Coordinate interviews, send offer letters, and support new hire onboarding.
- Recruiting Operations Support: Provide high-volume administrative and logistical support for multiple Recruiters and Distribution Centers. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews (onsite/virtual), initiating background checks, and maintaining accurate records in the ATS and Excel.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams including HR, HR Compliance, Payroll, and HR Xpress to ensure accurate documentation and a seamless onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams required
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
