We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Business Development Rep (Logistics) for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help scale logistics business, helping businesses optimize shipping speeds, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- As an outbound BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers.
- Your goal will be to generate qualified leads by engaging decision-makers at eCommerce and retail brands.
- You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to build a high-quality pipeline, create engaging email and phone campaigns, and generate business.
- Prospect and identify high-potential businesses through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Engage and qualify leads by understanding their shipping challenges and needs
- Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives Manage and track activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience preferably in the logistics industry.
