We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a AP Administrator for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Tampa, FL. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description
- Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour to start
- Assignment: 5.5-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and budget
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage electronic accounts payable transactions using 3-way matching and platforms such as SAP FUSION, Wise, or similar systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
- Collaborate with internal teams, buyers, and vendors to resolve invoice issues—including parked and blocked invoices—while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries, reconciling vendor statements, supporting process improvements, and participating in special projects within the shared services environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience is required
- Experience processing high-volume invoices is required
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, is required
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is required
