We're actively hiring for a high-skill Aircraft Assembler B and C (Sealant focus) role supporting advanced fuel tank work in a hands-on aerospace environment. Must be open and able to work in confined spaces (fuel tanks) — prior fuel tank sealing experience preferred.
Location: North Charleston, SC
Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension or conversion based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience (7+ years for level C or 1+ years for level B):
Pay Rate: $37.24/hr for level C (7+ years)
Pay Rate: $31.04/hr for level B (1+ year)
HS Diploma required, vocational or advanced training preferred
$5,000 Relocation Bonus available for qualifying candidates (80+ miles)
Must be open to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift – shift assigned based on business need

- Apply sealants, adhesives, coatings, primers, paints to aircraft structures
- Perform in-tank sealing, fuel tank wash/rework, bond & ground measurements
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, technical work instructions
- Install various system components (e.g. panels)
- Operate mechanical lifts (snorkel/tiger, ladders, etc.)
- Adhere to strict safety and compliance protocols
Required Experience (7+ years for level C or 1+ years for level B):
- Hands-on mechanical/technical work using hand/power/pneumatic tools
- Experience with chemical application in manufacturing
- Comfortable working with complex aircraft systems
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred
