Job Title: General Office / Facilities Administrator
Pay: $40.82/hr
Duration: 6 months (potential for full-time conversion)
Location: Mountain View, CA (On-site)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST; occasional OT/weekend availability required

Languages Required: English & Korean (bilingual)
Overview:
Seeking a bilingual General Office / Facilities Administrator to support daily operations, real estate, construction, shipping & receiving, and more. This role will backfill a departing employee and offers the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Maintain documentation and communication with landlords, agents, and internal departments
- Oversee construction, remodeling, and tenant improvement projects
- Coordinate schedules and manage on-site vendors
- Oversee installation and maintenance of AV systems in conference rooms
- Liaise with service providers and technicians for support and upgrades
- Coordinate procurement and setup of office furniture and signage
- Manage layout planning and internal move logistics
- Manage company vehicle fleet and maintenance schedules
- Monitor and maintain EV charging infrastructure
- Schedule and oversee external landscaping contractors
- Ensure quality control of routine services
- Manage logistics for inbound/outbound equipment and supplies
- Handle related documentation, including invoices and customs forms
- Coordinate employee desk moves and equipment transfers
- Ensure clear communication across departments for smooth transitions
- May travel to other SRA U.S. offices as needed
- Perform other general administrative (GA) duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years in operations or facility management, or 5–7 years in a similar field
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency in scheduling/documentation tools
- Bilingual in English & Korean is required
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
