Responsibilities
- Read and work with data models for purposes of troubleshooting data issues
- Facilitate/Own Data Quality investigations across 3-5 systems (intake, research, and recommend updates)
- Perform SOQL/SQL queries in Salesforce/Workbench/VS Cod to validate data quality across multiple objects and from inbound integrations.
- Ability to work with end users for data quality research
- Partner with Data Governance PM in completing maintenance tasks of tickets and intake items
- Assist with preparing for Data Governance council meetings
- Data Cleaning process documentation
- Data Quality Reporting in Salesforce and Tableau
- Minimum 3 years Salesforce Admin Platform experience
- Ability to write SQL & SOQL queries ( in query tools like Workbench and VS Code)
- Advanced spreadsheet experience
- Highly Accountable: Able to track work thoroughly and provide status regularly and frequently.
- Experience with Slack or other collaboration tool, including Slack workflows
- Experience with Tableau or CRMA
- Salesforce Administrator certified required/ Advance Salesforce Admin Cert or other Salesforce certification preferred.
