CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (ONSITE | SAN JOSE, CA)
We are actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an immediate backfill on a high-visibility project. This is a fully onsite role supporting multiple capital projects with strong potential for extension.
Location: San Jose, CA (100% onsite)
Pay Rate: $73–$78/hr. (flexible depending on experience)
Duration: 8 month assignment with potential for extension or conversion

Project Overview:
- Twin Peaks Project: Starts May, completes September (smaller scope)
- Denali Project: Starts September, runs through mid-2026 (large-scale)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead construction management, safety, and quality across capital projects
- Oversee contractors, schedules, budgets, and compliance
- Drive zero-incident safety culture and ensure adherence to standards
- Manage bidding, contracts, change orders, and project reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and inspectors
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of construction management experience (commercial required)
- Proven experience with clean rooms and chemical production installations
- Strong background working on projects in California
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
- Experience with ASME, ACI, and construction standards
- Skilled in accident investigations and reporting
- First Aid & CPR certified
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
