Job Description:
- Lead daily inventory operations and ensure accuracy using SAP
- Supervise a team of 4 direct reports (1 Inventory Coordinator, 3 Forklift Operators)
- Oversee shipping and receiving functions
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and organization of inventory records
- Promote a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership on transformation efforts underway in 2025
- Support warehouse operations with a focus on early-morning productivity
- Competitive salary: $70,000–$75,000
- 5% Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP)
