Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end cutover and deployment strategy for Billing and integrated systems.
- Develop and maintain deployment schedules and documentation. Ensure that all deployment activities adhere to organizational standards and compliance requirements.
- Define detailed runbooks, rollback plans, and checklists to ensure smooth transitions across environments.
- Drive day-of-deployment execution and coordinate resources across IT, business, and vendor teams.
- Collaborate with teams supporting Salesforce, Azure, Oracle ERP, Boomi, and legacy systems to align technical deployment activities.
- Ensure integration readiness across all dependent systems and environments.
- Identify, document, and mitigate deployment risks, dependencies, and conflicts.
- Enforce change control and approval processes; proactively manage deviations and unplanned impacts.
- Act as the single point of contact for deployment status, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Provide real-time updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business timelines and objectives
- Conduct post-deployment reviews and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve deployment playbooks, processes, and tooling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in deployment or release management for Billing system preferably in salesforce eco system.
- Experience with high-stakes cutovers involving both cloud and legacy systems.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise deployments involving Salesforce and ERP/financial systems.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce deployments.
- Understanding of integration platforms such as Boomi/ MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Harness, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, AutoRABIT, Copado).
- Proficiency in version control, scripting and change management.
