I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist II for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lake County, IL 60064. Details of the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am start time (40 hours a week, Fully Onsite!)
- Pay range starts at $28+/hr!
- 1-year contract to start, with extension or conversion beyond based on performance and budget at that time.
- Position is primarily responsible for coordinating and executing document change-control processing activities within an R&D Global Scientific Compliance environment.
- Position will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams including the Document Strategy Team Lead, Learning Management Team, and Quality Assurance Documentation Center to ensure compliance and efficiency in document management.
- Position will be in charge of managing technical business documentation using an electronic document management system (EDMS), maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and accountability.
- Associate’s degree is Required! (Scientific degree or familiarity with general scientific terminology, e.g., chemistry, biology, analytical testing is Preferred!
- Scientific document management experience using an electronic document management system is Required!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel with pivot tables and data export tools, is Required!
- Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and attention to detail are Required!
- Direct experience with a Document Management System (e.g., Veeva Vault/OneVault), Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint is Preferred!
