Position Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job Description:

We’re seeking qualified Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support enterprise growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for innovative AI solutions. This role focuses on outbound prospecting into select enterprise sectors and serves as a key entry point in the sales pipeline. BDRs play a pivotal role in building strategic relationships and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting into targeted enterprise sectors to engage high-potential leads.
  • Execute personalized outreach via email, phone, and social channels targeting executive stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery and qualification calls to understand prospect needs and position AI solutions effectively.
  • Research organizations using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and company websites to inform messaging.
  • Partner with Account Executives to align on strategic accounts and sales initiatives.
  • Build pipeline and schedule qualified meetings, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Provide feedback and insights to sales and product teams from prospect interactions.
  • Represent the company at relevant events and industry conferences.
  • Continuously build sales skills, including discovery, objection handling, and time management.
  • Report progress and performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 9+ months of outbound prospecting experience with strong performance metrics.
  • Skilled in researching accounts, identifying needs, and crafting tailored messaging.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including storytelling and value selling.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and their business applications.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for collaboration and impact.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and generative AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience prospecting into large enterprises with complex decision-making processes.
  • Background in Tech, Media, or Entertainment sectors.
  • Skilled in account planning, cold outreach, and managing large lead lists.
  • Completion of relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., GTM Partners, Gong Academy, JB Sales, Pavilion University, etc.).
