Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Consultant to lead the strategy, design, and execution of innovative performance and talent management processes. This fully remote, one-year contract role is ideal for someone who brings a fresh, experimental mindset and thrives in fast-paced environments that value innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence.
You will own the end-to-end execution of the year-end performance management cycle and drive transformation efforts to modernize talent practices and integrate skill-based development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the talent management experimentation and redesign strategy.
- Design and manage A/B tests on performance processes—forms, workflows, feedback flows, and reporting.
- Lead the execution of the year-end performance management process, collaborating with HRBPs, Compensation, Analytics, and People Tech teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to build and test new workflows in Workday and design reporting dashboards in Tableau.
- Apply data analysis and insights to recommend and iterate on talent strategies.
- Influence and align stakeholders across teams to drive implementation.
- Support the shift toward a skills-based organization through assessments, taxonomies, and skills inventory design.
- Help build a future-focused skills and career development roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, or a related HR discipline.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing performance management strategies across multiple organizations.
- Strong proficiency in Workday (e.g., performance forms, workflows) and Tableau (dashboard creation, reporting).
- Track record of leading complex, cross-functional HR projects from strategy to execution.
- Skilled in HR experimentation, data-driven decision making, and translating ambiguity into structured, actionable plans.
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong partnerships across teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strength in analytics, reporting, and metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing skills-based assessments, taxonomies, or skills cloud technologies.
- Background in high-growth or fast-paced environments (e.g., tech, SaaS).
- Familiarity with modern talent management trends and experimentation techniques.
