Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)
Pay: $40–46/hr
Location: Lincolnshire, IL (Hybrid: Onsite 3–4 days/week)
*6 month contract initially wiht the possibility of extension / conversion based on performance and business needs*
Overview:
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team supporting the Company brand. This mid-level role involves developing and executing digital marketing materials across social media, web, email, and other platforms. The ideal candidate understands brand consistency, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply Company brand guidelines to a wide range of creative assets.
- Design marketing materials for digital platforms, including social media, email, and web.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand tone, customer expectations, and design best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, account, and strategy teams to deliver impactful designs.
- Participate in creative kickoff meetings and contribute design recommendations.
- Present design concepts during internal reviews and adjust based on feedback.
- Manage project timelines and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay current with digital marketing and design trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 4–5 years of professional experience in advertising or marketing design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma.
- Familiarity with motion design and typography is a plus.
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects, particularly digital.
- Ability to design across multiple platforms and devices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
