- Pay: 45.00-49.00/hr.
- Length of Assignment: 1 year contract with potential to extend or convert.
- Manager is open to someone able to relocate at their own expense.
- Seeking someone to join the Pharmaceutical Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, and Metabolism’s Enzymology group in Groton, CT. This laboratory-based role will support carry out in vitro assays to investigate drug metabolism, enzyme kinetics and drug-drug interactions.
- Generate samples from in vitro studies using biological matrices, analyzing samples by LC-MS/MS, data processing and reporting, and routine lab activities (e.g., stocking consumables, buffer preparation).
- Maintain an electronic lab notebook. Effective oral and written communication, the ability to work effectively with a team, and computer proficiency are required.
- Responsible for general laboratory work involving the study of the metabolism of drugs in vitro.
- Work will involve generation of in vitro samples, sample analyses using LC-MS/MS and interpretation and presentation of data.
