We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Patient Service Representative for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in East Hanover, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $25-$28/hr to start!
- 7-month assignment with possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Hybrid!
Position Summary:
- Primary responsibilities include providing high-quality support across multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email, SMS, etc.), ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses. Maintained detailed documentation and followed escalation protocols to ensure continuity of service.
- Collaborated with internal teams to appropriately route and resolve customer inquiries, helping to prevent delays in patient care. Ensured all interactions adhered to confidentiality standards and company policies.
- Demonstrated strong multitasking and communication abilities, including real-time engagement with patients, caregivers, and stakeholders, accurate and professional written communication, and active contributions to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED — Required
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or patient support role — Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Required
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry — Required
