- Hybrid Role - onsite Tues + Wed in Framingham, MA 01701
- Preferred background: retail, recent grads or office support
Duration: 1 year to start; this is a temp to perm role
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour W2
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; 8 or 9am start (flexible)
- Assists several managers on a variety of administrative and clerical functions. Communicates with vendors between all the merchants they support
- Coordinates all travel arrangements for assigned merchants and sets up vendor and agent visits in the home office
- Monitors and edits domestic and import purchase orders and follows up on allocations and late vendor shipments
- Interfaces with all levels of management and communicates with multiple internal and external contacts on a routine basis
- Creates and maintains spreadsheets to monitor weekly spend for merchants as necessary
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience (office support, assistant, retail operations) or recent college graduate
- Intermediate Excel skills
- High School Diploma required; degree is preferred
