Office Assistant
  • Hybrid Role - onsite Tues + Wed in Framingham, MA 01701
  • Preferred background: retail, recent grads or office support
 
Duration: 1 year to start; this is a temp to perm role
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour W2
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; 8 or 9am start (flexible)
  • Assists several managers on a variety of administrative and clerical functions. Communicates with vendors between all the merchants they support
  • Coordinates all travel arrangements for assigned merchants and sets up vendor and agent visits in the home office
  • Monitors and edits domestic and import purchase orders and follows up on allocations and late vendor shipments
  • Interfaces with all levels of management and communicates with multiple internal and external contacts on a routine basis
  • Creates and maintains spreadsheets to monitor weekly spend for merchants as necessary
 
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience (office support, assistant, retail operations) or recent college graduate
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • High School Diploma required; degree is preferred
