Job Title: Events & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid/On-Site)
Compensation: $30/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (7–8 months with potential for extension or conversion)
Overview
- We are looking for a highly motivated Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Americas Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Americas Conference & Events Manager and the Marketing Project Manager to plan and execute tradeshows, conferences, and events, while supporting key marketing initiatives across the USA, Canada, and Latin America.

Role Breakdown: 70% Events | 30% Marketing Support
Key Responsibilities
Event Management (70%)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company participation in tradeshows, conferences, and customer events across key market segments:
- Biopharma, Pharma, Life Science Research, Clinical/Forensic, Food/Environment
- Travel to events and support on-site execution (as needed, depending on contract terms)
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and exhibit house partners to coordinate booth assets and logistics
- Manage booth inventory and display equipment with the exhibit house
- Submit exhibit applications and handle all related logistics: AV, catering, venue services, etc.
- Organize internal and customer-facing event logistics including offsite dinners and receptions
- Ensure timely execution of events per calendar and planning documents
Marketing Support (30%)
- Assist in the creation and deployment of marketing communications to support events and lead generation goals
- Maintain detailed event and tradeshow planning documents
- Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools; prepare campaign effectiveness reports
- Provide general marketing and administrative support to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- HSD or GED required; college degree is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in events or marketing
- MS Word (Primarily Outlook and Word)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport materials up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in physical event setup environments when required
