Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

Hourly Pay: $70–91/hr based on experience
About the Role:
Are you an expert in influencer marketing with a passion for tech? We’re seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead impactful campaigns for our AI-powered universal search tool and other key brand initiatives. You will own the full campaign strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams such as creative, communications, and product marketing. Working closely with a creative agency and external influencers, you will develop engaging, insight-driven content that resonates with target audiences, driving brand awareness and consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Influencer Campaigns: Drive awareness and consideration of key product initiatives by collaborating with tech, business, and productivity creators.
Multi-Platform Execution: Manage and execute influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, and LinkedIn.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with agency teams on influencer sourcing, outreach, contracts, and campaign execution.
Campaign Strategy: Develop clear and compelling creative briefs that align influencers with campaign objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside comms, brand, and paid media teams to ensure seamless alignment of messaging, targeting, and amplification strategies.
Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and reporting to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Performance Optimization: Track and optimize campaign performance in real-time, providing valuable post-campaign insights to inform future initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required!
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of executing end-to-end campaigns. Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B productivity tools is a plus.
Expertise in Influencer Partnerships: Deep understanding of influencer marketing, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
Campaign Experience: Background in running campaigns that combine product education and storytelling.
Bonus: Experience working at an influencer marketing agency.
