We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Deal Operations Specialist for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Capture and maintain portfolio investment data, ensure deal memos and documentation are properly filed, and perform other critical operational tasks.
- Collaborate with investors to capture and record new investment opportunities, updates on ongoing deals, and relevant follow-ups.
- Venture Capital Experience: Minimum of 2+ years working in a venture capital setting or closely related industry.
- Salesforce CRM Proficiency: Proven experience managing and updating a Salesforce database, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator); Experience working with portfolio reporting platforms or fund management systems; Strong understanding of venture capital deal structures and associated documentation.
