• Onsite in Milton, PA 17847
• M-F, 40 hours per week (regular business hours)
Pay: $25.00 per hour W2
Duration: 2-3 months to start (extendable role, potential to convert)
• Overview: Provides support to one or more functional areas of human resources, such as recruiting, labor relations, compensation, benefits, payroll and/or organizational development
• Provide employees and managers support for HR, payroll and benefits transactions, including first contact support on processes for HRIS system (Workday)
• Provide high-touch HR service that meets expected service level and business performance goals through telephone, email, and case management system
• Administer employee benefit plans such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Wellness, and other programs as implemented
• Process and enter timely and accurate confidential employee information and changes in the HRIS (Workday), including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes, leave of absences, benefit enrollments, direct deposits, general deductions
Qualifications
• Recent college graduate OR 1-2 years of relevant experience (HR, recruiting, customer service)
• Skills: comfortable using MS Office
• Preferred tools: any HRIS exp. a plus
• Education: high school diploma required
