- Pay: 23.00-24.00/hr.
- Length of Assignment: 11 months with potential for extension.
- B.S. or Associates Degree in technical/science field.
- Manager is open to science or engineering candidates that have experience designing equipment/tools OR troubleshooting/preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Mechanical/process aptitude with the ability to design/fabricate experimental equipment/tools.
- Will run fiber-making and fiber processing process and support equipment such as FTIR benches, microscopes, coating/ink purge and mixing equipment, optical fiber measurement benches, screeners, and coloring machines.
- Analytical techniques such as FTIR, microscopy(compound and SEM), HPLC, Gas Chromatography and other instruments used in analytical chemistry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Optical Fiber Measurement experience.
