We’re Hiring: Internal Communications Specialist
Fully Remote (U.S.-based, EST/CST Time Zone)
11-Month Assignment (potential to extend or convert)
Pay: $31–$37/hour (W2)
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic Internal Communications Specialist to join our Global Communications team on an 11-month remote assignment. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll create and implement internal communication strategies that engage, inform, and inspire Associates across the globe—especially around IT and change initiatives. If you're passionate about crafting clear, compelling messaging and making complex topics easy to understand, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
As part of our IT Communications and Business Change Management team, you will:
- Draft and edit Associate-facing communications (memos, intranet articles, SharePoint content)
- Create communication plans to support internal campaigns and initiatives
- Track deliverables and timelines using centralized project tools
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel communication efforts
- Contribute to ad hoc communications and change management projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in Communications or Change Management
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
- Ability to translate complex technical information into simple, effective messages
- Experience working with SharePoint (required)
- Familiarity with developing training materials is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Change Management, or equivalent experience
