Job Description:
- Menu Operations Associate to support our menu UI features. You'll be focused on updating and tracking item quality across the restaurant marketplace.
- Analyze menu performance metrics (e.g., item sales, margins, customer preferences) to inform pricing and product mix strategies.
- Reviewing Menu Data and enhancing with additional tags / metadata
- Implementing bulk menu update processes including photos and menu item changes at scale
- Performing informational interviews with Merchants and Customers to better understand their menu problems and experience with our menu features to improve our products
- Streamlining processes when optimizations are available Creation of Go-to -Market materials to educate Merchants about new features (ex: pitch decks)
- Utilize Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools to create reports and dashboards tracking menu performance.
- Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems
- Ability to learn and execute on multi-step processes such as menu creation, onboarding set up etc
