Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: 100% Onsite
Contract Length: 6+ months
Pay Rate: $15-22/hr based on experience
 
Job Description:
Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and documentation support for a small department. This role involves data entry, scheduling meetings, report preparation, and assisting with phone coverage as needed.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare basic reports and support general clerical tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure departmental efficiency
 
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday during standard business hours
  • EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) experience or safety committee participation is a plus
