Work shift (days/times) – train on 1st shift for 3 – 6 months then transition to 3rd shift ; 1st shift will be 7 am - 3:30 M-F. Nights will rotating 4x4 6:00pm - 6:30 am

Top 3-5 skills needed – Industrial maintenance, Pump rebuild: vacuum, centrifugal, diaphragm.
Hand/power tools, mechanical seal knowledge, knowledge of actuators and valves. Not necessary but a plus: Welding, machining, and pipefitting
Possible temp to perm position – Y
Number of Interviews (recommend minimizing) – 1 interview, onsite for 1 hour
Reason for request – Need to fill open head count

Perform and document daily preventive and corrective work orders assigned under supervision complying with applicable procedures.
Dismantle equipment, remove, and replace defective parts. Make changes in production equipment, facilities, utilities or any other equipment used in the production areas that help improve the performance of production processes.
Fabricate or modify machine parts using machine shop equipment if required.
Read, interpret and use drawings, electrical and control circuit diagrams, equipment, and schematic manuals as reference when performing mechanical and electrical work. Observe the indicators of control parameters in panels and devices in operation. Identify problems and causes, and make corrections / repairs if necessary.
Provide technical advice or train co-workers in the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment of high technological level and other aspects necessary to perform the job.
Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
Maintain tools, work area, and other equipment in good working conditions complying with GMP and safety regulations.
Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows) Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
Comply with Client's Policies, with the Plant Procedures, and with the regulations and requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) of the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Provide assistance to operations in accordance with environmental management, occupational health and safety EHS systems and promote continuous improvement. Comply with all EHS procedures and policies including incident reporting, use of PPE, waste management and disposal, and any other program applicable according to the position duties.

Qualifications:
List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.
HS diploma with 10 yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5 yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3 yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions. CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools) Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

Experience Level = 5-7 Years
