The day-to-day
Drive delivery of innovative sourcing strategies underpinned by core strategic sourcing techniques (e.g., Spend Analysis, Clean Sheeting, Total Cost of Ownership determination, Cost Breakdown Analysis, and Risk Management) Considers and recommends optimum sourcing approach based on context and desired value outcome (e.g., comprehensive RFP, RFQ, direct negotiation) Drives delivery of innovative and syndicated negotiation strategies for sourcing events and leverages outstanding negotiation skills that deliver optimum outcomes Prepare and syndicate thoughtful and robust Business Award Recommendations that deliver consensus of approval across stakeholders Partner with colleagues to create and follow Standard Operating Procedures that deliver consistent and auditable sourcing experiences Identify and enhance own sourcing capabilities through training, learnings, coaching, facilitated workshops, etc. Identify KPIs for strategic and operational performance metrics (e.g., spend under management) and implement performance tracking against set targets Role models, holds self
