Job Title: Learning and Training Content Creator

Pay: $55 – $63.89/hour
Duration: 6 months initially
Location: Remote


Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Training Content Creator to join our R&D Quality team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), instructional design, or training content creation—particularly in a GxP-regulated environment such as biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical devices. Candidates with extensive experience in other highly regulated industries are also encouraged to apply.

This role will be responsible for producing engaging, high-impact training content that supports both compliance and performance goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to design and deliver innovative learning experiences across multiple modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and reviewers to ensure delivery of high-quality, timely, and on-brand training content.
  • Design and develop impactful training assets including:
  • Instructor-Led Training (ILT and VILT)
  • On-the-Job Training (OJT)
  • eLearning modules
  • Content for the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
  • Videos, podcasts, animations, SharePoint pages
  • Infographics, simulations, game-based learning
  • Visuals such as process diagrams, explainer videos, and story-based media
  • Leverage tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, and SimpleShow to create dynamic, visually appealing learning content.
  • Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to improve knowledge retention and behavior change.
  • Develop learner assessments aligned with training goals and stakeholder criteria.
  • Translate and localize content to support a global learner base (Japanese or German proficiency a plus).
  • Continuously enhance and update training content to align with evolving business needs and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of content creation templates and standards.
  • Support VR-based learning initiatives, where applicable.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, eLearning development, or content creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Instructional Design certification preferred; significant industry experience may substitute.
  • Experience in a GxP-regulated setting, preferably in biotech, pharma, or medical device industries.
  • Strong portfolio of work in digital and blended learning formats.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in using modern eLearning tools and media editing platforms.
  • Exceptional visual design, organization, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Japanese or German proficiency is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in VR learning development is highly desirable.
