The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Operations Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Framingham, MA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- $28.00 - $33.00/ HR based on experience!
- Temp to perm position (Based on performance/budget) (Hybrid position 2x week onsite)
- This role provides an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate an analytical skill set to assist in strategic development of operational and financial plans for the Distribution Center network!
Responsible for:
- Support the day-to-day reporting and tracking of key performance indicators while ensuring data is accurate and consistent with measurement criteria.
- Month-end Consolidation and Reporting for Distributions Centers to include operational and performance measurements as well as Supply Chain spend throughout the network.
- Serve as a Liaison to the DC network & HO business partners to support communication of ongoing production need changes
- Improve Supply Chain visibility by performing ad hoc Operational/Financial Analysis of Supply Chain and Distribution Center Operational initiatives (Sensitivity, ROI, NPV, Payback, Break Even, Lease vs. Buy, etc.)
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve team's overall efficiency, depth of insight, accuracy, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance/business/economics.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in forecasting/finance operations side
- Supply chain or inventory analyst open to the finance operations side as well.
- Solid MS Excel required - vlookups, formulas. Macros will stand out
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, ability to report information and understand the meaning behind it
- Familiarity with PowerBI would be incredibly helpful
