Job Description:
- Pay rate based on experience.
- M-F 8am-5pm; starts as a 6-month open-ended contract.
- Manage standard reporting and run, review, and distribute reports according to procedure.
- Review and adjust client reports for turnover, headcount, requestions, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Upload completed reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to the internal file storage system.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- SAP Fieldglass Techno functional SME with hands-on knowledge of both business functions and software technology.
- Ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences.
- Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core Fieldglass reporting solutions and ensure it works seamlessly.
- Should have minimum experience of 3 years on SAP Fieldglass Reporting and at least 10 years of Data reporting experience.
- Have good knowledge of working with Excel formulas, spreadsheets, and transformations.
- Agile learner and recognized expert with ability to promote the benefits of the solution.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-6 years of experience with Human Resource reporting, presentations, and communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Fieldglass Reporting – custom creation of reports to include calculations of fields within the reporting tool.
- Experienced with Power BI and SQL queries.
- Experience with set up of API (Nice to have)
- Experience with MS Excel
