The Fountain Group. is currently seeking a Lab Tech Cleaner for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Fredrick, MD, 21704. Details of the position are as follows:

- Pay is $25-28hr based on experience.
- 12-Month assignment to start with the possibility of extension based on performance and budget.
- 3rd Shift 10:30am – 7:00am 100% On-Site with 1 mandatory weekend day a week
- Support cleaning and sanitization of GMP manufacturing areas, including ISO Class cleanrooms and non-classified labs.
- Perform sterile and non-sterile gowning room stocking, staging, and inventory rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain accurate records and complete all assigned training per SOPs and company policies.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are always stocked and available.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and operate within compliance of state, federal, and company guidelines.
- High School Diploma with 1+ years of experience in operations, pharmaceutical/biotech, or manufacturing.
- OR Associate’s degree in a scientific field with relevant experience
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for most of the shift.
- Comfortable wearing cleanroom gowns and PPE, including respirators when using certain cleaning chemicals.
- Experience in cleanroom sanitization or cGMP operations is preferred.
